CELESTA LECLERC
She began her yoga journey in September 2024 while searching for relief from chronic pain and, as a remote worker in the insurance industry, a sense of community. What started as a personal practice quickly became an important part of her daily life and an unexpected passion.
Through yoga, she discovered the benefits of mindful movement, meditation, and breath work, finding greater balance, presence, and connection both on and off the mat.
Inspired by the positive impact yoga has had on her own life, she is passionate about sharing the practice with others. Her classes are welcoming, supportive, and accessible, encouraging students to move, breathe, and occasionally laugh at themselves when things don’t quite go as planned.
She hopes students leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and at ease, with a greater sense of strength and well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
