This workshop offers an introduction to myofascial release—a gentle, effective approach to releasing tension in the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to support mobility, comfort, and ease of movement.
Through guided techniques, mindful movement, and body awareness, participants will learn how fascia affects posture, pain, and flexibility—and how simple release practices can help reduce chronic tightness, improve circulation, and support long-term well-being.
Led by Cora Supenski, this workshop blends education with hands-on, experiential learning, giving participants practical tools they can continue using at home. The pace is slow, supportive, and accessible, making it ideal for anyone feeling stiff, sore, stressed, or curious about therapeutic movement beyond traditional stretching.
No prior experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome.
