Step into a welcoming, beginner-friendly introduction to Ayurveda—an ancient wellness system that helps you understand your body’s natural patterns and how to support them. This interactive workshop blends practical teaching, self-reflection, and sensory experience so you can explore what balance looks like for you.

You’ll be guided through Ayurveda’s foundational ideas in clear, relatable terms. You’ll discover the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—through everyday examples that make these concepts easy to recognize in real life, plus a hands-on tasting experience to feel how different flavors influence your system.

Participants will also complete a guided self-assessment to help identify their natural constitution and current tendencies, followed by discussion and reflection exercises that highlight how daily habits can either support or throw us off balance. You’ll learn the core Ayurvedic principle “like increases like, opposites balance,” and walk away with simple, realistic practices you can begin using right away.
