With Allie’s 14 years of instruction supported by Tiffany Lenau, a 13-year veteran of yoga teacher training programs, you'll receive the best guidance for a transformative journey.
Our comprehensive curriculum covers a spectrum of essential topics, facilitated by a team of expert Northern Life Yoga instructors. From meditation to asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, to delving into the rich tapestry of yoga's history, philosophy, and ethics, our program leaves no stone unturned.
We welcome students of all backgrounds, without the need for advanced yoga skills. Whether you're looking to broaden your understanding of the practice or step into the role of a teacher, our inclusive approach caters to supporting your individual journey.
Our hybrid program blends virtual training and homework assignments with group sessions, allowing you to progress at your own rhythm and a flexible schedule. With in-person sessions held over 12 weekends from September 2024 to January 2025, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow trainees and deepen your practice under the guidance of our expert instructors.
